Well, I would totally see Loras dramatically offering his heart for Renly to pierce or whatever, so, yeah.

Also, Olenna and Garlan, wah.

I voted for Melian in the Elven bracket, but I kind of want it to come down to Feanor vs Galadriel. That would be epic!

Yeah...I definitely agree there. Poor Maedhros. And Caranthir. And pretty much everyone whose gone up against Feanor. He's just a tough man to beat. ...I kind of hope he ends up representing the elves, just because.
