So I mentioned I was working on a project, yeah? (A few, actually.) I finished one!

Brought to you by elvenpiratelady (and some very minor help from myself) - I give you the genderswapped Silmarillion dream casting!!!!

(I cut out a few of the Sindar because I don't like them because I couldn't remember who they were and was getting tired.)

































































Notes: There are lots of very pretty people here. Looking for pictures was fun. Harry Lloyd is still fine. Celegorm/Aredhel genderswapped would be really interesting, as would Celegorm/Luthien. I have a craving for femme!Caranthir/Angrod REALLY HARD now.

OMG. THIS POST. I wish I knew who all these characters were so I could see if they fit with my mental image, but since I don't, I'll just say that my eyes are basically exploding right now from ALL THE PRETTY. This must have taken you forever!

I know! Even not knowing the characters, SO MANY PRETTY PEOPLE. That was the fun part of making this. Looking at pretty pictures of pretty people. But yes, it did take forever.

Not as long as the Facebookmarillion, though, THAT WAS A RIDICULOUS PROJECT.

OH MY GOD THIS IS PERFECT AND AMAZING, do you mind if I put a link to this on my one? HUzzah for photoshop skills! (And the ability to find half-decent photos of actors, would that I had that skill...) I forgive you for leaving out some of the Sindar even though I love them, Beleg and Mablung are elusive creatures who are not going to stand around for photoshoots when there is a kingdom to be protected, and I am the only one who counts Nellas as a main character for the Sindar because I love her very much.

My favourites are ALL OF THEM but I really love Celeborn, Thingol, Angrod and Fingon. <3
