Hello my writer for Not Prime Time! First things first - you are a wonderful human being, a fabulous writer, and I will enjoy whatever you choose to do. Just to get that out of the way before you start freaking out about how picky I may or may not be. I really am pretty easy to please. And I tried to leave my prompts niiiice and vague.

I'm pretty hard to squick on things. There are a few very specific things I never ever ever want to see, but most of those won't come up for this exchange, so I won't even bother listing them unless under the pertinent section. Character bashing is a big no no for me. Even for characters I don't like, I would always rather read an understanding and nuanced portrait of a character than anything else. Haters to the left and all of that. Yannow.

Things I do love...I love hurt/comfort, mostly shamelessly. I love introspective shit where we get to learn more about a character. I love dialogue heavy scenes between two people that tell us more about both of them. I love understatement. I enjoy dark endings a lot a lot but I am kind of a secret sap. There are enormous lists of fic recommendations at the top of this journal - feel free to look through them if you want more ideas about the kinds of things I enjoy.

Code Geass: My prompt here was Milly and her relationship with Lelouch, particularly post R2. What she thinks about those events, where she goes from there. Just, more exploration of her. If that doesn't work for you, though: anyone, post R2. Feelings, thoughts, experiences. Just roll with it. I requested Milly, but I'm serious about the anyone else, too. I am a sucker for angst in this fandom but I also love the silly humor of it. I want to know more about Milly as a person than we get in the series, because I felt like there were glimpses of a complex girl that we never quite got more of. Extra special bonus points for her and Nunnally being a little like sisters. But I admit to being particularly curious about her relationship with Lelouch and how it would color her view of any and all events. But then, her relationship with Lloyd is kind of interesting too. And I would be curious what she and Cecile would make of each other. And...you get the picture, I could go on? Post R2. Run with it.

A Song of Ice and Fire: My prompt here was Elia and Oberyn pre-series. Or else the relationship between Oberyn and Arianne. Or if neither of those works, what about something about the non-evil Freys, the ones who wanted to stay with Robb? Where are they at now? What are their thoughts and feelings? OR OR something about Jeyne Westerling. Anything about Jeyne, really. And it's just like. These are all people I want to know more about. Elia and Oberyn as uber-siblings where Elia tries to keep Oberyn in line! Oberyn as the cool uncle who swings Arianne around in the air and sneaks her things she's not supposed to have! Freys trying to deal with the fact that they actually kind of didn't want that whole Red Wedding thing! JEYNE FUCKING WESTERLING. Other character options here include Meera Reed and Sansa. ...if you wrote Sansa femmeslash you would get extra bonus points, though I would prefer it not be with Margaery. (If you're here with exposure to the TV!verse, Sansa/Shae is a thing that I have apparently decided I ship.) ...also Sansa/Mya. I think I threw that in there.

The Silmarillion: My prompt here was Give me a fair portrait of Curufin, particularly as he relates to his brothers and his father. Or, talk to me about Fingolfin and Feanor's relationship, or Fingolfin's relationship with his children. I like tragic. I really like tragic. That's...really it. Honestly. Curufin is great, and not portraying him as a cackling evil Disney villain is also great. Please please don't woobiefy him if you go that route - not that I think you would! Just be mindful, it can happen - and just...keep the edges on him. Particularly interested in his relationship with Celegorm and Caranthir, but any of his brothers or father or, honestly, cousins would be cool too. Curufin/Finrod is a pairing that needs more followers. So you could help with that. Also, Fingolfin! Fingolfin is great, and I want more fic about him trying to connect with Feanor in a non-shippy strictly-brother sort of way, where he wants to be close to Feanor but Feanor wants nothing to do with him. Or Fingolfin as an awesome, awesome daddy. Because you know he would be. ...I meant it about the tragic. I don't really get sick of it. Even in this fandom. But if that's not the direction you want to take, don't go that way. I like happiness here too.

White Collar: My prompt here was pretty basic. There is not nearly enough post Judgment-Day reunion fic. I don't understand why. And I wish someone would remedy this situation. Soon please? However you make it happen. Just make it happen. If this doesn't work for you, though, hurting Neal is always wonderful, and bantery fic is always wonderful, and honestly, write me something with Neal and Elizabeth and Peter playing fucking board games and I'll love you for it. No, really.

I think that's about it. Have a great time, whatever you choose to write, and I look forward to seeing what you come up with!
